By using the Website you acquire user´s condition. The use of the Website and any of the services provided means their acceptance as user, without any kind of reserves for any and each of the present general conditions.

For the purpose of what is expected in the Organic Law 3/2018 December 5th, and the European Regulation 2016/679, of April 27 about Protection of Data of Personal Character, JIMY informs the user about the existence of an automated file of data of personal character created by and for JIMY and under its responsibility. JIMY informs the user about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the personal data picked up by JIMY.The user, or the person who represents him/her, will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation; it will be done by means of a written and signed application sent to the following address: PÚAS JIMY, S.L. CIF: B83447516, C / Santa Clara, 8  E1 28801 Alcalá de Henares (MADRID- Spain). This application will contain the following data: name and user´s last names, address for the purpose of notifications, photocopy of the Identity Card or Passport, and a petition letter with the specified request. In the case of representation, this will be proved by means of an irrefutable document.
