How to place your order

Placing your order through the web is simple, you only have to follow the steps outlined below.

Whether if you are a registered user or if you are a new customer, throughout the buying process you can access your account or create a new one by clicking on "Log in", you will find it at the upper right of the web. Once inside the area of orders you can consult your previous orders, to clone something, to use previous logos for new picks and to benefit from the discounts applied to orders of our habitual clients.

To place an order the first thing to do is go to the upper menu and select one of the following categories: Models, Custom Picks, Merchandising and other products.

1. MODELS: Here you will find the picks marked with the logo of Jimy. An image will illustrate the pick that you will select at any moment.

• Select the model and caliber that best suits your needs.

• These picks are sold in bags of 25 or 75 units (except Jimy Iron which are sold by units); Select the number    of picks that you want.

• Click "Add to Shopping cart"

2. Custom Picks: Here you will find the picks marked with the logo of Jimy. An image will illustrate the pick that you will select at all times.

• Choose the model that you want to personalize. The available models to choose are: Jimy Boxer, Jimy Music, Jimy Professional, Jimy Overdrive, Jimy Glitter y Jimy Phosphorescent.

• Choose the number of picks you wish with the selected characteristics following the steps. Remember that the minimum quantity is 125 picks. For quantities larger than 5.000 picks send us an email at info@jimy.com describing what you need, the quantity of picks and a phone number for contact .

• Select the caliber, according to those available for each model.

• Indicate the color of the pick within the colors available for each caliber and model.

• Select one or two sided picks.

• Choose colors of the logo. You can select one by one the colors you want for your logos. If you choose the two sided pick you will have to choose each side separately. If you need to explain how the colors are disposed within the logos you can write it in the comments section.

• Insert your logos. A window will open where you can upload images directly from your computer; you only need to press where you have them saved and mark it. You can upload several images, for example : a picture, a text, a signature etc. The images will be added one by one. IF you have chosen a two sided pick you will have to upload your images to their corresponding side. If you need to explain how the images are to be arranged inside the pick in further detail, you can do so in writing under Observations. The upload images should have a minimun resolution of 300 ppp. You can upload them in any format, preferably in corel Draw, Photoshop or Freehand. If you Know, please write under observations the font you are using for text. If you have designed the pick with our "Design Your Pick" enter the code in the appropriate place.

• Extras Option. Select this option if you wish to have any extra. Under observations you can specify any explanation you think we may need to know about your chosen extra.

•Observations: Here you can write any relevant information in the description of your personalized pick, such as how different images are to be arranged on each side. ( for example: picture 1 above, signature 1 below), how colours are arranged ( for example: picture 1 in black and red and signature in silver), and where to put the drill hole, if previously selected. Refer to any pick seen under “Groups and Artists” or “Publicity and Promotion” or any other necessary information you may think can be helpful.

• Once finalized these steps you can press on " More Picks" if you want more units made with the same logo, changing only the model, calibers and colours. This is important because all picks made with the same logo are considered to be the same order, are added to earlier quantities and reduce the unit cost.  Ex.  An order of 250 picks with a certain model caliber and colour and another of 750 picks with the same model and logo but with different colours and caliber, are considered one order of 1000 picks, therefore reducing the cost per unit.

• Press " Add to Shopping cart"

3. MERCHANDISING: Here you will find a number of articles which can be personalized with your logo. An image will illustrate the pick that you will select at any moment.

• Choose between the different products .

• In some of these products will have to make several elections of customization, similar to those described for "Personalized  Picks" in the previous section. Follow the steps.

• Press " Add to Shopping cart"

4. OTHER PRODUCTS: In this section you will find some articles that can be customized and others which are not . An image will illustrate the pick that you will select at any moment.

• Choose between the different products .

• In some of these products you will have to make  several elections of customization, similar to those described for " Custom Picks" in the previous section. Follow the steps.

• Press " Add to Shopping cart"

During the purchase process you can press the option "View the shopping  Cart" to consult  what you have purchased and the final cost.

Once completed your shopping, go to "Shopping" cart and click "Confirm".

The next step will be identify yourself as a client or open a new account if you have not done it before. Then we will be able to change the shipping data and billing are specified in the registry by default.

In some cases different shipping options and possibility of urgent orders will appear.

The next step will be to indicate the method of payment:  bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. This step provides the opportunity to introduce the comments we may consider appropriate.

Finally, all the information about the order will appear, in case you want to make any modification.

After completing the purchase you will receive an email with the details of your order and an order number which you should point out in the transfer, assuming that this is the chosen method of payment.

Delivery time is from 2 to 20 days after receiving the bank transfer, payment by credit card or Paypal, depending on the product chosen. If you have selected "Urgent Order" the delivery time will be reduced to less than half.

In personalized products, before producing the picks, you will receive a simulation of your order by email for you to confirm if everything is correct or to notify us of any problems or changes needed.

All orders will be cancelled if after 15 days no payment is received.
